The event occurs in May. RET Teachers accepted into the program meet with their project team members for the first time and are introduced to each RET summer research project.

These occur twice during the course of the RET Summer Site program for a review of the deliverables with the whole group of RET Teachers, Graduate Assistants, and Faculty Mentors on each research project team.

Final Day
This culmination event occurs on the last day of the 7 week RET Summer Site program. It is a judged event where RET Teachers present their team research papers, PowerPoints, videos, and individual posters.

First Community of Practice
This meeting takes place in early January after most RET Teachers have implemented their instructional units using CBL and EDP. The purpose of the meeting is to prepare the RET Teachers for the final culmination event in early spring.
